Running Priorities
Too many people have their running priorities out of order. The single most important priority should be that you have a goal (Examples: weight loss, a specific race, improve health, & others). Even the recreational runner has a goal that may not be classified as one, but internally is... an example could be they run because it helps relieve stress from a day at work or in current times financial woes. So, is it important to have the latest gear or the most expensive technology on your head... No, but the shoes can make it less painful if you do it enough.
