Get the Time In...
As the IMS race approaches, it is important to get a long run of approximately equal time duration to your goal time. Why? It is recommended for runners as to not be in new territory or time on race day... Distance is not really relevant on this run, but time is... ex. for a marathoner, you obviously will not be running 26.2 miles, but you can still do 3 hours if that is your goal time.

January and February Workouts
The January and February workouts for the IMS Arizona Half-Marathon are on the webpage. The race is just over 30 days away. It's important that you start to utilize every day of the week for your training... whether it be running or another activity that gets you moving.
